Foraging for pigment at historic Giant Rock and making the dirt into paint using Dr. Bronner’s Castile soap as the binder! ASMR

Giant Rock, the world’s largest free standing boulder, in Landers California has a wild history! George Van Tassel had an air strip there, and his wife had a cafe. They held UFO conferences there in the 1950s.

The film Calling All Earthlings is one resource to learn about the far out history of this place!

(Other pigments used: cochineal (cactus bugs), dioptase – see my video on how to make dioptase pigments from crystals.
