I was sick the last 7 days, and from what I heard, lots of people around the country were sick too. It’s really important to eat food that can help you get over a cold as well as drinking the right fluids. Drinking herbal tea with raw, locally sourced honey is a good idea, but coffee and caffeine should be avoid. Food rich in probiotics are great, but you want to avoid dairy when you are sick, creates thicker phlegm. I bought a lot of good organic product in the Whole Foods Market and very happy for the price and the quality , I also like it because if you bring your own shopping bags they will discount 10 ct for each bag you bring to pick up your purchase , this Store Market is a FRIEND of the ENVIRONMENT , Walmart store should copy what each one carries his bag. The oceans are full of plastic and Americans have to change the world starting with this work.
I always leave bags in the car to take them shopping so you don't have to take plastic bags from the store.
