  1. Sounding better already! The girl in the store was very specific to spell out instrutions to me- usually find the Lushies very well trained so followed her instrutions to a tee- did you find it still all gritty and painful to spread?

  2. I know they must be good- people LOVE them!!! Just not in the middle of an Aussie summer next time I think! Thank you thank you for letting me know! xo

  3. @GooRooBeauty I absolutely loved this video. Thank you so much for uploasing this video. Your accent is lovely & beautiful. I loved the shower products and bubble bars. The massage bars are very great as well. I first heard about shower jelly from LUSH . The only products I havem't used were the hair color products

  4. Every other product that you mentioned works exceptionally well 🙂 Again thank you for uploading this video. You are greatly appreciated.

  5. Your video was so helpful! I live in Japan and there are so many Lush stores, but the names of the products and their ingredients are all in japanese (which I don't read well). I will definitely go to a store now with a list of some of your recommendations and see what I can find! Thank you!! 😉

  6. LMAO they smell like an old persons attic mixed with an ashtray! 🙂 I haven't tried lush but ill def be checking them out soon over the xmas period! thanks for this video!

  7. I used to work at lush. If you guys need HONEST guidance on anything let me know and I'll give you the 411!

  8. Some of my favourites:

Sonic Death Monkey – this is a retro shower gel, smells like coffee and lime.. it has hemp oil in it, which I find leaves my skin really soft. I like using it in my hair because the smells stays awhile.

Vanillary – solid perfume… which by the way, has stayed solid for me. No creamy mess, and I have no issues pushing it back down, and I don't find it oily either. 🙂 This smells absolutely amazing, and lasts awhile too. I put it on my wrists and the corners of my jaw.

Soak & Float – solid shampoo, smells like campfire, great for dry scalps. People either love it or hate it because of the campfire smell. I love it.

Jumping Juniper, Seanik – solid shampoos. These ones smell more agreeable, and I find are nice for… normal hair? They don't leave your hair feeling dry like the New and Squeaky Green shampoos, but they don't leave an oily feel like the Ultimate Shine does (let me add, I hate the smell of Ultimate Shine). I haven't tried Karma Komba because I hate patchouli.

Honey Trap – lip balm… I've bought three of these so far. I absolutely love the smell, and it stays on your lips longer than a chapstick would.

Breath of Fresh Air – toner water. I occasionally spray this on my face, but it's main use for me is spraying on my hair to fight static in the winter.

Silky Underwear – dusting powder. This smells like awesome, I use it for my armpits mainly, haha. If I get sweaty I just sprinkle a little on, and voila! I smell awesome again. Word of caution, if you're wearing black, try not to get it on your clothes… it will come off your clothes if you rub it with a towel, but doesn't really come off if you rub it with your hands.

T'eo – deodourant. So, this product actually works really well for keeping you from getting stinky and sweaty… however, it crumbles off it's wax after awhile and becomes somewhat difficult to use. It smells lemony, and last through my work day, so I give it a thumbs up… but it's another powdery product you should probably try not to get on your clothes.

Sympathy for the Skin – lotion. I don't know what this smells like, but I really like it. I have pretty dry skin in the winter, and this stuff makes the dry patches on my face completely disappear.

I love the smell of Porridge soap, but can't really recommend it. After awhile of using it, the soap wears away, but the grits don't… so it gets pretty rough and useless.
The lip tints smell nice, but I find the colour sticks more in the cracks of my lips, which looks awful. Also, none of the colours are really suited to my face. The sugar scrubs are useless really, though the Mint Julips is pretty tasty. Speaking of mint, Demon in the Dark soap, so minty. I can't really recommend any of their soaps over the others, because they're all pretty awesome for washing your hands with.. but that's it. I just keep them by the bathroom sink for yummy smelling hands. I don't like how they dry out the skin. Stick to the shower gel for your body.
Oh, and lastly… about the henna. I used to use it all the time, and I promise it's not that bad. I would put it in a zip-lock bag and crush it with a hammer… pretty effective and quick. You mix the boiling water in until it's like a yogurt texture… when it's thinner, it doesn't crumble on you. I leave it on more like 10 or 12 hours, and the results are super obvious (I use the red). It also thickens your hair and makes it really shiny. The reason I stopped using this product is because a local health store started selling a powder form of it (no crushing or grating), and they have way more colours (or at least shades of colours). I definitely recommend using henna in your hair (I love the smell, but some hate it), because the results are awesome. Again, no reason to go through the work though, just buy the powdered henna.

    Happy Lush-ing!

  9. You should try an Indian hanna from their food or grocery store. Its much cheaper and easier to use. It also thickens your hair and last longer.great review.

  10. You can just leave the henna for not more than 2 and a half hour because after that it will stop working. 6 hours is tooooo long.

  11. Most definitely try the Enchanted eye cream if you haven't already!! It's amazing!! I'm even 2 months past my botox lol, and you can't tell!! 🙂

  12. Karla's green that's the new red shampoo puck it's saposed to grow more hair but I forget the names some times too as they never write them on the product

  13. Thank you so much for this, I'm a HUGE lush fan! The service in stores is second to none, they are so helpful and aren't pushy but know their stuff, so kind too, must be the perfume fumes lol!
You accidentally said Body shop at one point instead of Lush! Whoops! I am such a huge fan of yours, I love your channel, your so unique and give beauty guru a new and fresh perspective, you've helped me so much with reviews etc. your so beautiful too and I love your looks! Huge hugs XX UK LOVE XX

  14. For the body butters you have to keep them in a container otherwise they will melt. I personally think its worth the money for the body butters, especially Buffy. I hate the feeling of lotion on my hands, so this does the trick. It stays on your skin for quite a few hours. All you do is rub it on your body near the end of the shower and rinse off then pat dry. 🙂

  15. The Sunny Side bars lured you in too!? XD When I was much younger, our mall finally got a Lush shop, and it was around Christmas time. I never bought anything from Lush way back then, but I saw those bars and I HAD to go in, because they fit the Christmas season so well. I'm thinking about finally getting one now. . .I love Christmas~

  16. Have you tried the seanik soild shampoo? I was told its kind like big but in a soild form.

  17. The only conditioner I use and love is Veganese. My shampoo is Jumping Juniper, it lathers up really well. Probably my biggest Lush miss for me its the sugar scrub.

  18. The only conditioner I use and love is Veganese. My shampoo is Jumping Juniper, it lathers up really well. Probably my biggest Lush miss for me its the sugar scrub.

  19. How did you quit smoking? I know I need to stop but I love the way cigarettes smell/make me feel, even though I know it smells bad to others and makes me unhealthy. Ugh. Any tips on that? Thanks for sharing!

  20. For the love of everything good: do not get the Ocean Water on or by your contacts. I accidently dropped a bit into my eye – killed the contact and my eyeball. Great product though, just lethal.

  21. The Henna isn't that hard to use, I grate it all at once and scoop what I need of it out of my storage tub. I hardly have any mess. You don't need to sit 6 hours. 2-4 hours will be fine. 6 hours is just an exaggeration. (continued) …

Also Henna's better applied when warm, that way the colour will take better to your hair.

I think their show jellies and the lip scrubs are a waste of money. Those lip scrubs are basically sweets that you smear over your lips for you to eat. And the shower jellies, as cute as they are the quantity is crap in comparison to the price. Same goes for the massage bars.

I love their hand creams and the bath bombs! Oh and the shampoos!

  22. Lush unfortunately uses Parabens and some other lower quality ingredients, which I was shocked because I thought it was all SUPER natural or organic and super high quality. Because they do charge a lot for their products. So I started doing my own and they work even better.
