   Everybody is complaining. But skincare is continuous! How to you expect to use something for 1 month then stop. If you are not maintaining your skin how do you expect it to stay clear?

   I randomly got adult acne at 27 (didn’t even have acne as a teenager) then folliculitis and KP. Nothing stopped it or targeted the root cause. 6 different dermatologists; very extreme and expensive treatments and couldnt show my legs for 5 years. Turns out i had undiagnosed celiac disease (generic condition version of gluten intolerance) now back to full body nice skin again after 2 months of obviously changing my diet. So highly recommend getting tested for food allergies x

    This video is useless as she doesn't say what she used in the routine that I could find nor was it in the title. So what wad the purpose of this video? Also when you are constantly touchinf your face with those freaky long nails that probably have all kinds of bacteria it doesnt help

    I use these products they are really good and if you stop using them theres no irritation or any reactions your skin will go back to its original complexion no pimples no black spots

    Not one to brag but many years ago I ate lots of yogurt and I had major breakouts which left dark marks all over my face. I cleared up the acne within a few days using detol soap and then moisturising and eliminated all dairy products. I cleared up my skin using Retin A gel (tretinoin) skin was sore for a good while and I stayed out of the sun, the outer layers of my skin dried up and came off gradually revealing flawless skin. You could try micro dermabrasion if you can't get any retin A gel or you could get Glycolic skin pads or something.

    For the slow ones I hope you know that what you put in your body have to do a lot with your skin conditions so better take care of the inside then the outside and stop complaining if your problems came back you not doing the right thing.
