Hi love! There were a few mistakes you made while using this product. First, you're supposed to use it during the shower, and skip conditioner. Also, only leave it on for 5-10 minutes. LASTLY, you're most important mistake was NOT washing it out, make sure to wash thoroughly after using!
The product absorbes better when your hair more wet rather than dry you are using it wrongly. You supposed to have wet hair not fully wet but atleast 50% that's why you had bad income do research on YouTube how to use it properly
