    I bought the ultra-repair cream in a set with the cleanser in the Black Friday sale at Sephora, and I was also super disappointed to find eucalyptus oil in mine!!! I tried it anyway, but it stings on my face! Super disappointed bc it has been so highly recommended to ppl w sensitive skin. I’m using it up on my chest area instead 🤷‍♀️

    eucalyptus, menthol, peppermint makes me so red like a sun burn, I was so sad to see it in a brand called First Aid

    This explains a lot. I used the repair cream on my face for the first time, and I got a red burning face. I didn’t leave the house for two days and it hurt and burned like hell!!

    I have tried the ultra repair cream and the face moisturiser and both made me break out which is weird because I don't normally have reactions to products. But yeah the brand personally hasn't worked for me but I'm sure it does for other people

    The inky list has a retinol eye cream, can you please review it because not everyone wants to spend 45$ for a eye cream

    When you shared on your story that it had been reformulated a lightbulb switched on on my head. I had been breaking out quite a bit and I have a sensitivity to essential oils like you and had stopped using this product for a couple of days because I thought maybe it’s just too thick for the summer here in Australia and after seeing your story, with continued disuse and switching it out for the isntree cicada relief cream all my breakouts cleared up. So thank you!! Such a shame they reformulated the product though because I quite like the texture of it.

    Omg amazing timing. I actually just ordered some things from FAB. I tried the repair cream years ago and i did like it but it had a very “musty” smell. I bet they changed the eucalyptus extract to the oil so that it would smell better.

    Love this series! Would be great if at the end of the Best and Worst you kinda summed up your thoughts about the brand line up in relation with its alternatives – you review products very thoroughly but are the ones listed in Best worth purchasing over alternatives available (from other brands), or are they so good they are worth it anyway? Feel like there are better alternatives to FAB in almost every product except maybe retinol eye cream, or oat toner.

    I never used this brand, not familiar with western products other than The ordinary and inkey list which I use for their serums and actives. I have dry and sensitive skin as well, was curious about the moisturiser but pity they reformulated it

    What!?! I bought the ultra repair cream during the last sephora sale and haven't open it yet since I'm finishing up my pyunkang yul moisturiser. I just checked that my version is the one with essential oil. I assume because this cream have been rave about a lot n because it is meant for sensitive skin, it is essential oil free. I'm really disappointed.

    The face serum is the HOLY GRAIL!!!! I can't believe it isn't on here! NOOOO!!!!!! You could leave them all behind except this must try. Also tip: the new ultra repair comes in 3 other scents, so I use the melon extract or mango and avoid the eucalyptus and citrus oil ones.

    Your worsts are my bests, the mineral sunscreen is my fav minus the fact that it’s becomes grainy with the latest batch which I’m sure they will fix, and I’m pale, not orange at all. The niacinamide brightening eye cream has never caked for me and sinks in just fine. Have been using both for over a year.

    If we’re using a retinol eye cream like FAB, are we only using it in the PM, everyday, like how we would typically use retinol? Also, would we be using another eye cream on top of this retinol eye cream? Lastly, I binged on your videos and I have no regrets. Thank you for your videos! 🙂

    Nooooooo, they reformulated??! WTH😭😭😭😭 i had no idea, i’m so glad i’ve found your video. I was planning on repurchase this, because my skin loves it so much (the old one) I’m so disappointed… i have very dry skin prone to eczema

    First aid beauty just sneakily changed a bunch of their formulations. They changed them around Christmas. If you have bought products lately I would check your containers. The reason they are not telling people is because the got rid of good ingredients and raised the preservatives to 3rd to 8th on their list.

    Everyone I’ve seen or met has loved that ultra repair cream, NOT MY DRY SENSITIVE DEHYDRATED SKIN. I tried it but nope, decided to go back to my tried & true milk vegan milk moisturizer.

    I was just looking up videos about the FAB sunscreen, bc mine is gritty. An came across this video. I bought it awhile back and just got to using it. I thought maybe it was just getting old, but it still has a year before it expires. Huh? Well that sucks, this wasn’t cheap, and I waited to long to try it, so now I chat return it. It’s off the market now as well!
