  1. I use rubbing alcohol for ALL mirrors. Cheap, simple, and effective. I didn't trust it at first, but it cleans better than Windex. Not a streak to be found. Isopropyl alcohol is a chemical, but at least the ingredients list is minimal and not so scary. 😉

  2. Windex has a vinegar based version!! I haven’t tried it but it’s on my list for when I use up the Method glass cleaner (I find it a little streaky too).

  3. Omg! That desk that Bradley uses…my Mom just donated one almost exactly like that to Salvation Army that she and my Dad has had since the 1950’s/60’s… we all grew up doing our homework there and watching our folks use it for business and bill-paying. I was so sad to see it go – a piece of our family history on to someone else that I hope will luv it like we did. 😢💕

  4. Best natural glass/ mirror cleaner… Vinegar. it's amazing what all you can do with it. apple cider or white works!

  5. Hi Amy! Quick question- do you recommend the Dyson cordless vacuum for non-carpet floors? I’m thinking about investing in one but, I don’t have any carpet in my house. Just tile and wood flooring. Also, congrats on the 50k!

  6. Can’t wait to receive the mrs. Meyers fall package.. and all the goodies that I order! ♥️

  7. Hi Amy,

You can use 1 part vinegar 1 part water (distilled would be best, but filtered water works too) to clean mirrors, glass, and windows it works great leaving a shiny streak-free surface. If it’s too dirty you can add 1 tsp corn starch and mix. Also use a flat weave aka glass microfiber cloth.

If you find it too vinegar-y use less vinegar

  8. I love these videos even though I've seen several from you. And your videos are the reason I bought method cleaners ty lol.

  9. Good job! This is creepy! I just happened upon your video and I really am watching Liar Liar!!!! It’s on HBO right now! So funny that you would accidentally say that 😂

  10. The Mrs. Meyers glass cleaner is pretty good. I haven’t had trouble with streaks, but it’s more of a mist than a straight spray so it can get all over the place. Just do the mirrors before the rest of the cleaning.

  11. Hello from down under! I love to use the thieves oil with some water in a spray bottle for my mirrors and glass, I use a glass cloth and it works PERFECTLY! No streaks at all. I just discovered your channel and loved your cleaning video, I’m subscribing

  12. I like the kitchen e-cloth that comes with a blue polishing cloth for my windows and mirrors. All you need is water to wet the rag and when you follow up with the polishing cloth there will be no streaks! It’s like Norwex, but much, much cheaper…..and they sell it at Ace Hardware, Home Depot or Lowes, and on the Grove website too.

  13. Who the heck goes through their cleaning supplies so fast that they need a delivery every month?

  14. Amy! I make my own glass cleaner out of water and white vinegar in a 4:1 solution. I pour it into an old Method bottle and add a couple of drops of essential oil. Anytime you switch from a commercial glass-cleanser to a vinegar based one, you will have streaking at first because the residue left behind from Windex takes a bit to be removed. After that, you won't have anymore streaking. I use a microfiber cloth to wipe my glass as well and that helps no matter what cleanser you use.
Thanks for the video…as always, inspirational and a great tip on freshening the trash can 😉

  15. Straight vinegar mixed with a little water works perfectly for glass and mirrors! Especially if you use NEWSPAPER as a paper towel. It's weird, I know, but my old boss had us do it at the restaurant I used to work at and it was seriously magic!
In a pinch, rubbing alcohol works too.

  16. Honestly water and vinegar is my go to for glass and windows.. I had never ever had a problem with streaking! Way too easy I know, but it works!
