If you get a lot of canker sores you may want to look at your toothpaste ingredients. Some people are very sensitive to SLS and other foaming agents. Switching to a more natural toothpaste may clear them up!

I have been using argan rain product for a few months and it does a nice job on the feel of my hair. My hair feels really clean and manageable. As far as growing some hair, I have t noticed any new hair growth. It does make your hair look more thicker, but is it worth the expense of this product, I think yes. I have scalp issues too, and I wonder about the dphue apple cider vinegar scrub. I do an apple cider vinegar rinse sometimes, and I think it helps. If you ever happen to try the srub (available from Sephora), I'd like to hear your thoughts on it.

My boyfriend liked Berry Berry Christmas until he noticed it was shimmery and making him shimmery. Honestly I think the tiny size I purchased had way more glitter/shimmer than the full size for some reason. He also loves Dirty and will force me to go to lush if he’s running out, so I’m not complaining.

Aren't canker sores the WORST? I struggled with them forever until my mom read one of those medical advice columns in the newspaper and it was life-changing for me. The doctor was saying that many people don't truly get canker sores – they're having an allergic reaction to SLS (sodium laureth sulfate) in toothpaste. When I switched to a non-SLS toothpaste (I love Lush toothy tabs and Hello toothpaste from Target or Amazon), they cleared up almost immediately and don't get them anymore EVER. And it's been YEARS! It's an easy switch to make and might really help! 🙂
You can find the NYX lip oil at Target. That's where I get mine.

I read an article about part of our brain staying active during sleep when we travel. It was shared from a neuroscientist friend, so I’m more apt to believe it. Maybe that is why you feel least rested when staying in a hotel.

Girl I get canker sores ALL the time too! I use hydrogen peroxide too and it somewhat works. I feel like I've tried every possible home remedy for them but I'm bound to just get them a bunch 🙁
You need a wick trimmer. Stops soot from your candles.
