We are busy harvesting and preserving herbs on our homestead. Bee Balm (Monarda) can be used in tinctures and in herbal teas. I like to ferment my herbs before drying to bring out their properties. I hope you enjoy this video @Luli’s Homestead

And thought it was just a good ground cover and attracts pollinators. My varieties are shorter but spread easily.

I do a TON of ferments! Hot sauce being my new addiction! I grow all sorts of 🌶 chili peppers. I’m going to try this tomorrow with my bee balm!😊🌱
