Have two questions. Do you press the trigger when scrub the carpet? Somehow when i use it, it doesn't suck up much water when i press the trigger to scrub the carpet. Also, how do you use drying strokes?
Fill up with hot water I filled up with cold , instructions not good enough supplied .

The hose seems a bit short to use comfortably when cleaning car seats, is there an option to buy a longer hose for it?

Two things wrong with this video. 1. The plug outlet is a grounded plug, but the cord from the machine isn’t a grounded plug. The machine I own does have a grounded power plug. 2. The video fails to mention how to actually power on the machine, unless it’s assumed.
help… while vacuuming i heard a pop sound and now there is no suctioning at all… the spray still works just fine but not the vacuum part

Small head is terrible to take apart and clean. I wouldn't buy this again. Stay clear.
I was given one of these by a friend years ago. I use it often as I've got a geriatric dog. The other day well using it I looked at it and said okay, where's the heat? Now I use super hot water when I use it, but didn't know if there was a heating mechanism in addition to what I put in it. Evidently not.

What does "use drying strokes" mean?
I recommend using a different brush to help aggitate your thick carpet. Using the brush on the attachment doesn't yield as good as a result.

Yes you can put hot water. Use common sense, don't add boiling water 😂 or do whatever you want. 😅
