I'm new to Dr. Bronner's products. Thanks for this video, as i feel so clueless when using the rinse. Unfortunately, I'm still not getting the results & I have gone through 2 bottles. I also saw the texture of your rinse and the ones I got are gluggy and lumpy. I don't know if it has anything to do with the temperature. I have since moved on to ACV rinse, since I got very frustrated in not getting the results everyone talks about.

I use sponge, it's easier to apply the rinse evenly.
