Final thoughts on the Bath Fizzie: It didn’t really do much – it dissolved, but it seemed kind of small in comparison to Lush bath bombs and my skin didn’t feel any different afterwards. It kind of dissolved into nothing in the bath. Might just be this scent? Comment below your thoughts!

You can just take the broken candle to the nearest bath and bodyworks and they will exchange it.
AND if for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your items (even if you just don't like the smell), they will exchange any product. Even if you've used it!!

and also if you take it in store, you can exchange it with or without the receipt, and it doesn't matter how long you've had it.
You can bring it into Bath & Body Works and exchange it. You can also do that with the Marshmallow Latte scents. They have a policy of satisfaction so they'll exchange anything for you even without receipt. I've often changed gifts I've gotten for different scents I prefer this way.
