  1. You may already have this topic planned, but can you do a video on vaccines. You mentioned how you don't like to over vaccinate or don't like to vaccinate yearly. Thanks!

  2. Great video Roxanne!!  I'm going to try your preferred recipe.  I also used all natural beneficial nematodes on my lawn to kill any fleas and ticks as an extra precaution.  So easy to do with a pump sprayer.

  3. Another great video Roxanne! Lots of good information. I live in Texas where we have that long "flea season" like you. I am going to really consider doing the heart worm every other month. It has bothered me for a long time that it was a lot of medication going into the little body. I also want to make some of the spray. I have several dOTerra oils. Can't wait to check out the information in the description box. Thanks and have a good weekend.

  4. Might want to say for those little black things that crawl on me and my dog to be compliant….not trying to be mean at all but the FDA has changed rules….ugh love your videos

  5. Recently I've been interested in essential oils due to some health problems. Now I'm really interested even more now that I know you can use them on dogs as a natural alternative to some of these harsh chemicals. I see tonight on Facebook there is a class about using doTerra oils for your dog. I sent you an invite to it, thinking you might be interested. I'm hoping I will learn much more.

  6. We have a short mosquito season here in Oregon. But another good tip is to dress your pets. the days are hot, but as it cools and the mosquitos come out, I put a hoodie on my toy poodle to help keep them off her.

  7. how long does it last? can this formula be used for cats? I know they are more sensitive? do you have a formula for cats? Thanks!

  8. I appreciate the information, however the heartworm protection you're using is not natural. There are natural supplements to prevent/treat against heartworms.

  9. Roxanne, I used to give brewer's yeast to my cat as a teenager to prevent fleas because I couldn't afford medicines. I researched all natural treatments for everything. Now, I realize I was ahead of the times….lol
I'm not sure I'd give it to my dogs now though because things aren't made the same anymore. Also, my cat only ever had his kitten vaccines. He was super healthy and lived 16 years before he started exploring outside and took off.

  10. Black walnut is a great heartworm preventative and treatment. I’ve been using it for 14 years without a single positive heartworm test and I live in Arkansas so he have a ton of mosquitoes to.

  11. I don't know if you are married, but if you are this is for him.
Sir I am so sorry, so so very sorry.
A 5 minute video she made blast 30 minutes. What a rattling woman. WOW

  12. I'm sorry but I dont agree you should give preventive every other money it should be given year round mosquito can get anywhere mines on heartguard year round a heartworm can live 5 to 7 years in dog its takes 6 months to show postive and they are not protected the months you dont give my dog that I got from shelter has heartworm and he got first injection to kill adult worms preventive only kills the babies so your wrong on your theory

  13. I got my dog black walnut drops because i think my dog might have heartworm . How many drops should I give him . He weighs about 60 pnds

  14. I wonder if this is what my husband hears when he complains that I don’t get to the point. I normally feel like I have to give a detailed explanation of my thought process. I am stopping that now. Thank you.

  15. Good job. There is certainly a lot we can do for our fur babies. I have three of them, all raw fed from a young age, one of them was weaned onto it. They're also 100% naturally protected and treated.

  16. Thanks so much for this info.
What do you do when they have a itch.
How do you stop itching holistically.

  17. Try diluted neem oil. Essential oils are not so good for your dog. Neem oil is cheap and a bottle lasts forever. Even mange and all sorts of parasites can be controlled. On humans and pets and outside in your garden and yard. There is lots of info on the internet

  18. Not sure when this came out. Very info. Video except for one piece of info. About fleas. She said fleas were mainly just pesky and didnt pose problems like t ou cks n mosquitos. That is false. Fleas can and most probably will cause your animal to get a tape worm. Mainly by injesting the flea when biting the itch and grooming themselves.

  19. Thank you for your video. I also am all about the natural non-chemical things for my fur baby too. She’s also a Shih tzu. Have you heard of VetsBest? It’s all natural flea/tick/mosquito spray that can be purchased at Petsmart. I use it on her and it smells nice with the essential oils. Also I have a flea collar from All Natural Pet for her made from essential oils as well. – Rita M.
