I started using Castile soap for shampoo — and I love it!

Caution with the lavender and other scents …I had eye allergies with the lavender
Maybe the almond is the most mild scent.I also had some difficulty with using the Bronners for shampooing. I had the best results with diluting it a bit and giving my hair a pre rinse of distilled water b4 applying the soap…..and an end rinse with ACV
( about 2 tbsp to a quart of lukewarm water bottles and following that with a quick cool water rinse. I love Bronner Baby and Bronners Baby Sugar soap…for everything else.
A stumbled onto warming up just a bit of the Baby Magic Balm in my palms…just rubbing it into my palms…and then giving my hair a little run through …it’s important to warm it up in your hands and go scant….it adds a nice shine and tames any fly aways
It also helps to work up a lather in your palms b4 shampoo applying to wet hair.
Actually I have used the Baby bar by making the lather ( works best with distilled water) in my palms…..that has probably been my best result with Bronners for makes a nice lather . I am using that more…it also seems to rinse out easier
Due to the process of liquifying soap, the Baby bar soap is less alkaline and lathers better in the hands b4 applying to hair….I find the lather of the bar soap better …and takes less soap. If people are using the liquid heavy enough to create a regular lather, that’s way too much and will not rinse out well
everyday? are u dumb?
Thanks cool😀😀😀😀😀
Hi, do you dilute the ACV? or straight into the hair?
music too loud voice too soft. sorry I wanted to watch.
Does your hair smell like vinegar?
thank you<33
Idk what you're talking about! Your hair is beautiful.
Do you dilute the apple Cidar Vinegar
How do you deal with the smell of vinegar after the rince, it's a problem for me (am I using too much vinegar or is there more to it ?)
Try using just a little amount of Castille soap, diluted on water with a teaspoon of baking soda ❤
I use the bars and stay away from the liquid soaps. I’m having lots of success. I’ve even tried Kirk’s bar which I think I like even better than bronner’s. I do a splash of acv/ 16oz of cold water rinse. My water at home is hard. I’ve had zero issues. My hair is a little longer than yours. I don’t wash everyday. Once to twice a week is good. If my ends get dry, I use a little argon oil on them. Sometimes if I get sweaty, I’ll just rinse my hair out with water.
You and your hair are lovely.
Im a week or so in, i use 1:1 ratio of vinegar and water after which leaves my hair super soft and tangle free. BUT my hair is greasy, my scalp and the hair on the crown seems pretty decent but mid to ends is oily and stringy. I dont understand…not sure how much longer I can keep this up for.
Thank you for this x
Your hair looks absolutely beautiful…
are you still doing this routine 6yrs later? I’m hesitant bc of longevity – how is your hair now vs where it was before you transitioned?
Do you apply the vinegar before you rinse it off with water, with the water, or do you just use vinegar to rinse without water?
And thank you for the helpful video
Do you dilute the Apple Cider Vinegar, or just dump it straight?
This is day 2 of me trying Castile Soap and I ended up in tears. I couldn't even run my hand through my hair because it would pull and stick and hurt so bad. I broke down and rewashed my hair with my old shampoo hoping it would smooth out. I'm glad I found your video. It is encouraging.
I will try again tomorrow with diluted castile soap with acv rinse. I am allergic to 95% of soaps so I need to find something I can use regularly without breaking out after every shower.
soap hair….. rinse with water first before you use the AC Vinegar? After Vinegar do you rinse that out with water? What's the protocol?
My dry skin on my feet has gone.
Thanks to this soap.
Nope. Just twice a week.
Yes! Thank You!!!❤
Thank you for the video this is so helpful. I been switching to more organic and natural products. Do you dilute the apple cider vinegar or just use it straight when rinsing your hair? Also you have gorgeous shiny hair as well I can’t wait for my results!
Beautiful hair.
Your hair will go through a detox that can take up to 2 weeks .
"I've never really had beautiful hair." 😳 Literally WHAT?!
Thank you! For me it wasn't that my hair was getting out, but that it felt greasy. I also wasn't rinsing it with anything just rinsing it out of my hair after wash with water and I also didn't dilute it. Just used barely a cap full… I ended up buying shampoo, but don't want to give up on castile soap. Thanks for this video. 😊
I loveeee dr bonners lavender soap.. fabulous on my skin.
Thank you for your video! Im transitioning myself and my 11 year old daughter and she has greasy dandruffy hair and Im really hoping this and getting away from toxic products will help! You have beautiful hair that is similar to ours! <3
Why are you put music?
Darling, God sent you to me. In this video you were directly talking to ME and addressing my problem right now. I was desperate and almost about to give up and go back to regular shampoo. You have just made me not give up! Thank you.
vinegar leave such a strong aroma on the hair which doesn't leave! I've had people say I smell like dirty socks, so no I don't think I could do this!
