   Thanks for the great share. I a one year widow and trying to get moving again. Some days it is challenging to put one foot in front of the other but I am doing better. I loved your key analogy. I have some beautiful keys and I just pulled one out to remind me. I have done you videos on grieving but now it is time to get back up, know that there will days that are more difficult than others.

   This is so important. I am fearful of so many things. It’s amorphous. It’s not reasonable or rational. There are so many things that I want to do and I can’t make myself do them. I’m 67. I’ve been unwell recently and with my husband’s help I’m getting better.

   I was afraid to leave my house. With the right help and support I can now go for walks alone, pick up some groceries and go to a mall. I still can’t drive so I use Lyft. The important thing is that I can go out again.

   Being an older woman creates a situation where we are invisible.

   Thank you covering this issue.

    Years ago I read in Dear Abby's advice column this question: I want to go to medical school and become a doctor, but it will take me 6 years and I am already 45, what do you think? Abby responded: And how old will you be in 6 years, if you Don't follow your dream? I never forgot that reply, which put so much into perspective!

    I want to move from Virginia to New York where my family is. Kids have control over my account from selling my home. Only in Virginia because my ex husbands job was here. I don’t know how to make a plan without money. My 3 sons are cruel. They even have me blocked on my their phone. My sister is old and my nieces listen to my sons. They want me not to close to them.

    I am 62 and his family wants me to move. No one has money for the move. I broke my pelvis and they sold the house and I am in a basement efficiency. I now have a broken arm and they got nurses and don’t check up on them. They are not nice. They say I am lying

    One of my sayings is” I will never be too old to learn”. I’m 68 contemplating a YouTube channel on my travel tidbits and life lessons, another degree in something I’m not familiar with… since age 19 I’ve ventured out alone.. traveling, movies, eating out, fishing, and many other fun things. Thanks for this post.

    I feel stuck and I have dreams…really big dreams but I feel fear. I'm scared of judgement. I neglected myself in certain areas, (I feel ashamed saying that) but I want to find the courage to be brave despite my fear. I want to move past that feeling. I love your insight on the topic. It helps to have guidance.

    I go on dinner dates as my husband has no interest in going out to nice places. Life is way too short for not doing what you want to do. The Parisians always do it this way 😉
