Formulation 1%=gm:
1-2% ~ Glycerin USP
90-93% ~ Hydrosol Rose/Lavender Water
1-5% ~ Herbal Extract (aloe Vera extract)
1% ~ active ingredient (arbutine, vitamin C, Whitening agent)
1% ~ PEG 40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil
0.1-1% ~ Lavender essential Oil
0.5-1% ~ Paraben free preservative
