Yes! I have been waiting for somebody to review the fragrances of Molton Brown. I think they do wonderful shower gel. Was this a mix of EDTs and EDPs? Which do you prefer? Thank you very much for your time! You're looking gorgeous today too. x
I really appreciate the video on Molton Brown because a lot of people overlook them. My favorite scent from them for YEARS has been Orange and Bergamot (which used to be called Naran Ji), which I used as a hand wash in a hotel in the 90s. My other favorite is Ylang Ylang, which sadly I think has been discontinued in the eau de toilette. Feel better soon…I always get sick when I'm on holiday, too.
Muddled plum is the only one I own and have tried from them , so it's great to learn more about them from you 🙏

I have the Coastal Cypress & Sea Fennel which is delicious, and I want to get the Mesmerising Oudh next. I like the new design of their bottles too. My only complaint is that the performance of their fragrances is quite weak, but they're very nice and I'm happy to re-apply.

You have got my interest in some of these now. The only Molton Brown fragrance I have tried is Bizarre Brandy……but that was too sweet for me.

Ahhhhh, the accent. I'm hooked.
Everything's good but seriously, the shower gels ARE really something very special. Their Russian Leather is the most serious dark Russian Leather in the world, it is very one-dimensional or it seems that way because all the components are in the same 'profile channel' (incense, amber, birch, leather) but it is also utterly sophisticated and high class. The dry-down on the Russian Leather is very subtle and nuanced through the components and I'd have to say the shower gel is almost as powerful as the straight fragrance/perfume although the EDT goes through more variations on skin than the shower gel. You can 'base layer' the Russian Leather here and get out-of-this-world effects.
Thanks for the video. I love the Black Pepper shower gel from Molton Brown. I've heard of the Russian Leather shower gel from someone in the store who happened to be Russian haha. However, that's the only one not sold in the stores its only online so i was somewhat nervous about buying it without smelling first. After how you described the smell I think I will try it.

I was cleaning my bathroom and found a sample of the oudh accord and gold sprayed it on and cleaned more I just wanted to keep smelling it! Looking up reviews and love your reaction of it! It just made me want to definitely buy it! Thank you for your review! ❤
