   I believe the little bag is to put your body soap bar in and use it like a loofah.

    you put a bar of soap in the little white "bag" and use it like an exfoliate

    How you use the mitten thing is you put your bar of soap in and then wash yourself with it. Depending on the texture, it could be used to exfoliate 😊
