Watching this in 2020, and shaking my head Bc Eddie Bauer company has gone dooooooown hill with processing orders, finding orders, and customer service. I had to go to the top to get my order processed by Christmas (2019). Never ordering from them again, even though I have a hefty gift card left to use.
