Fine shave Kev. The right jawline is also my challenging area to shave clean. I invariably overshave to get that BBS. I like the Rocca quite much.
Yaqi I see also sells a stand that is compatible with this handle. Looks like it would also work with the Rex Ambassador and Merkurs.
I do like the feel of the boar bristles. Provides some exfoliating action I suppose.

My personal opinion and experience is that weight of the razor has little or no bearing on the shave efficiency. It's more of a perception or mind games playing tricks. I have shaved with very light razors and very heavy razors and sometimes lighter razors perform better and sometimes the other way around. It is mostly depending on head geometry. Yes you might get a different feel as you are used to the weight and a particular way of handling or moving the razor around but that's it.
Hey Kevy, the handle looks great. But i love the look of the Birch handle even more. the only handle i would change that again would be the same in "non-hollow' 😁

To be fair, we call it a tap as well. Not sure what the difference is! No matter which word we use, the water that comes out is called tap water. (?)

Hello Kevy please anwser me! i just saw Yaqi released "pina colada" scent in their soaps, dude, they REALLY use Essential oils in their ingredients? in that case maaaaaaybe the high price of their soaps it's a little bit justifiable but still high… i love that scent i dindt saw a soap with pina colada before.
I got this aftershave balm at my local supermarket called Duke Cannon Ice Cold. I had to stop using it because the back label says " Not for clowns."

Is there a real difference besides the handle?
What are the respective strengths and weaknesses?
Until now I preferred synthetic brushes like the Mühle black fibres (easy to face lather, nice backbone and great for traveling) but want to expand a bit into boar hair brushes.
