Hey Tracy ~ Your personality SHINED all the way through this video! I love how layed back you were and the way you shared your personal stories behind almost every product. I really enjoyed watching this video…..it is EXCELLENT! I can totally relate about not having junk food in the home when your goal is to stay within your weight window. It makes sense NOT to. My weight window is between 110-115 lbs, which I have no trouble maintaining. I, too, snack on tuna as a filler but buy it in the can. I will try the packet next time. I only keep low carb canned foods in my cabinet. Some of my favorites are pickled beets, peas, and green beans. I try to avoid high carb foods as much as possible. I hope you enjoy your weekend, and I love you my friend!

We are a Kerry gold butter family….it is seriously the best butter I've ever had and that includes home churned butter. We stock up when Costco has a sale, usually every 3 months.
Keto, Carnivore, Vegan, HRT OH MY!!!! What is a girl to do? I'm so confused!!! I'm 68 and I had a stroke a year and a half ago. As of today, I'm healthy, happy, and active. BUT I want to stay that way for a long time!!! I'm confused!!!!!

Can you explain what the vitamin B12 is for? I took it a long time ago short term for a nerve pain in my arm. Also, how is your back pain? I'm going to Physical Therapy for some lower back pain. I hope yours is feeling better!

I try real hard to make sure I am eating healthy fats. The unhealthy fats are horrible for your health. Kerrygold is the best butter and I am very happy I can buy it in my grocery store.

Tracy, nothing is TMI wth you lol. I'm a server and on a busy weekend double, I will get in abt 15-20,000 steps. I'm on a weight loss journey and doing very well but my inner thighs still rub together. I know the EXACT SPOT you are talking abt LOL. I go through myriad amounts of baby powder which helps wth the chafing but since I wear an all-black work uniform, if I'm not careful, I can get white flakes all over my clothes. I will definitely try out that sports tape instead!
