no..oil cleansers have to be cleansed off… in the morning u use a water based cleanser…..

The problem with alkaline water is that nothing in your body is alkaline (nor should it be.) not your skin, not your blood, not your stomach acid. Our bodies are slightly acidic (or highly acidic in the case of the GI tract) and introducing alkaline water just combats our nature pH. No need for it.
Since I've started using tret, I only use a cleansing balm in the AM. All about that moisture barrier these days.

My son that is 13 yr old drinks alkaline water to reduce the acid in his stomach when he doesn’t drink it his breath stinks and he gets hiccups all day.

Long term effects of any medicine should always be something every person and especially young healthy people have a right to consider and make the final decisions for themselves without control from anybody over these decisions
There are sticks and sprays sunscreen not like a moisturizer. I would love to hear more talk about those from experts they seem to think all sunscreen is the creamy moisturizer type.

This/Your video came up while I was working out actually, everybody likes Ricky's songs, so I actually stopped to listen. What I'm bummed out about is that you state (products listed) with the list below, But you didn't list the (Immune Booster by a co. called Creation) you said?! I looked online, only found one (Creation) based in GA, and they didn't offer any Booster, let alone online, went to Amazon to no avail as well. Will you post a link, or better yet, create an affiliate link for that One Product Please @Susan Yara. I know he/Ricky states that it's made with Lemon, Honey, Red Onion, Garlic and a Little Salt, but reality, I'd rather pay someone that has come up already with a great combination and taste, than to spend hour's trying to science it all out. Paul Newman used to swear by an facial ice bath in the morning. He would just dunk his head in it. No washing. And the man looked fine til the day he died. So sometimes there’s something to those so called DIY facial cleanse.
