What is a good nighttime routine for those with rosacea? I share my own personal routine that’s specifically tailored for my condition, with some anti-aging boosts in between.
Nighttime is the skin’s time to repair itself and with these few tips, you can prep your skin and reduce the appearance of both aging and rosacea. Keep in mind that everyone’s skin is unique, so what might work for me, may not work for you. I did my first dermarolling session tonight! Your roller is fantastic. I didn’t need the numbing cream.
Afterwards I used your Advanced Hyaluronic Adic Serum.
I waited for it to dry. About ten minutes.
Then I used your skin superfood mask.
My skin is glowing!!
Question:
1. Can I use LED tomorrow morning?
2. How long until I can move on from 0.5mm to 0.75mm? (I’m in no rush).
3. Should I buy a separate dermaroller for my scalp? Or May I use the same one? (0.5mm)

Seems your skin turn red, is this product reliable?
What are your thoughts on bakuchiol as a retinol alternative? I've never had an issue with retinol but I know a lot of people do. Been trying out a serum from Burts Bees that has been really nice for Firming and brightening but it has some fragrance components that I'm not happy with so probably wouldn't recommend. I wish they would make it fragrance free because it would be great then. Your skin has healed up nicely!

I used real 0.5mm derma roller for first time and I did disinfect it and also I cleared my face with face wash and after dermarolling I applied pure aloe Vera (leaf gel) and left it for around 5hrs and after that I washed my face with just water and I again applied aloe Vera moisturiser and I also did workout after 23hrs of derma rolling .Now I'm worried cuz I'm having lityre red bumps everywhere.
Can I use 0.5mm again next week?

sorry can metal particles be abraded from dermapen (or dermaroller) needles during microneedling and enter in skin and body? i read it happens during tattoo because of tattoing machine needle.
