Ek question hai = In many videos I see that they tell to wash it and either rinse it. So
Am i correct in this point that,
Wash it means water with shampoo
Rinse it means just with water.

Try this:-
Step1 coconut oil +aloe Vera gel+ vitamin D capsule
Step 2 heat with a heater
Step 3 shampoo
Step 4 conditioner
Step 5 again heat with a heater
I've been able to grow new tiny baby hairs and minimise hair fall using these things as suggested by someone here:
1 – Lessened stress by jogging everyday at park
2 – Ate more egg for protien
3 – Started using littlleextra reactivate hair growth serum daily
4 – Had aloe vera and carrot juice three times weekly
Together all these worked and benefited me with new hair growth.
