In this video I show you some of my favorite luxury bath products. Everything you see I either purchased at the drug store, beauty supply store or specialty store (with the case of Jo Malone and Jurlique)

Exfoliating cloth: Salux Beauty Cloth (found at many beauty supply stores)

Bath and Shower Gel: Jo Malone. I also like to use Ren Moroccan Rose Bath Oil and I even love to use Dove shower gel in the scent Tangerine and White Ginger (a much cheaper alternative). Don’t forget to recycle the used bottles!

Body Oil: Jurlique Lavender body oil – great for mixing with drug store moisturizer to glam it up

Luxury Soaps: Claus Porto Almond is my favorite- Lavender is shown in the video. I also like Roger & Gallet Tea Rose as well as many other brands like L’Occitane, Provence and just lavender soap from Whole Foods

Spa Turbans: The one shown in the video is by Girlfriend. I purchased it at my local beauty supply store. Warning- this turban is quite tight so if you have a bigger head or a lot of hair like me it can fit a little small. They also sell spa turbans at most places- I’ve also gotten some at Bed Bath and Beyond.

  1. Where do you purchase the Claus Porto Soaps? I see they're on amazon. Anywhere in Los Angeles? Also the Jurlique lavendar body oil, and while we're at it how about where to purchase the Ren Moroccan rose bath oil?

    Thanks,

  2. @MacSallin In Los Angeles (specifically Santa Monica) I get my Claus Porto soaps and Ren's Moroccan Rose Otto bath oil at Number 1 Beauty on Montana Ave. But Claus Porto is sold all over Los Angeles. Also lafcony.com sells it as well. Jurlique is purchased from the Montana Avenue shop as well. Jo Malone I get at Bloomingdales- Hope that helps

  3. Great video. I particularly like the Salux cloth segment. I use it and love it. Although it'll be stolen by the man in your life. Couldn't find it at any beauty stores so I finally found it at the saluxshop online. I also love the micro fiber towels for your hair. They also work well.

  4. I have recently discovered a small shop nearby that sells all types of perfumed soaps at an amazingly low price. Each pay I stop in and purchase one or two bars. The fragrances stay on your skin  until you shower again. This is my treat of luxury that I allow myself on a low income.

  5. You do a great job Jennifer; I've been enjoying your videos as a great little Sunday treat while I clean and it's been very inspiring. Thank you for posting! Luxury soaps are so wonderful; I've noticed that they are expensive, of course, but they provide so many great hours of experience while washing your hands that it is an affordable treat given what you receive.

  6. I have used and loved my Salux cloths for many years! The cloth really does exfoliate beautifully, leaving my skin soft and smooth. On occasion, when I have left it behind on a trip, it's easily replaced. I can pick up another one at most any Oriental grocery store, at a very modest price.
