My custom Mini: Looks like an Orange, handles like a Lemon!



My orange has a mean right hook. This week I finally solve the mystery of why my Amazing Outspan Orange has been pulling to the right for so many years. It takes quite an investigation but eventually I find the cause of the problem. But, will fitting some adjustable suspension parts be enough to fix the problem for good?

    Wouldn't you normally put the bolt in threw the top so if you lost the nut youd still have some sort of control?

    this is the coolest thing ever.. I remember as a kid. probably early eighties. I had a ride in one of these. how many did Outspan have? maybe I was actually in that one.. Brilliant.

    Great work as always. Would definitely please like to see a video on how to remove the nasty & destructive ethanol from unleaded petrol, so it won't damage the old engines that we have as I've heard that the ethanol can destroy rubber seals & corrode carbed components as well as the ethanol gunk part can also clog up jets in a carb.

    Mmm yes, E10, I look forward to a video about that. I run a 1999 Accord Type R that runs on 98RON+ (I only ever use 99RON Shell V-Power) and I fear for the future 🙁

    If an leaded engine has run most of it's life on leaded, switchting to unleaded won't damage it.
    look at all the old beetles running on unleaded without modification.

    Edd do you ever Torque your bolts? I've not seen you use a torque wrench in this series. Do you have a technique to ensure you're not too loose or overtighten?
