Rachel, I use a cream highlight primer under my eyes. It’s makes your under eyes brighter, but also it’s hydrating.

I recommend using your ring finger for putting on eye creams (your pointer finger has more strength than your ring finger)! It has a gentle touch compared to other fingers.
