Why doesn’t your video have a recipe and supply list? This video is not a tutorial. Please check out the helpful links above.

How do I get started in soapmaking? Start off by researching. Educate and then experiment. Be sure to follow all proper safety precautions. A great starting place is the beginner cold process soapmaking series by SoapQueenTV here on YouTube. You can then purchase all the supplies you need at Bramble Berry. Lovin Soap Studio also has a beginner series on YouTube.

Why don’t you share your cold process soap recipe? Our recipe is proprietary. We are contractually obligated to keep our recipe a secret. I do occasionally share a test recipe. I highly recommend Bramble Berry, Lovin’ Soap, and The Nerdy Farm Wife for free recipes. Those resources are a great starting point and then you can tweak your favorite recipe to make it your own.

Where do you buy your oils? We purchase our oils in bulk at Blossom Bulk, Soapers Choice, Jedwards International, and Wholesale Supplies Plus.

Where did you buy your molds? My husband builds all my wood molds. My silicone molds are from various suppliers.

Where did you buy your soap planer? My husband built the soap planer for me.

Where did you buy your soap cutter? We purchased our soap cutter at Bud’s Woodshop.

Where did you buy your soap loaf splitter? Our loaf splitter was purchased from Smith Creek Studio.

Where do you buy your soaping containers? My pitchers are from School Masters and my large plastic containers are from Webstaurant Store.

Where do you buy your fragrance oils? We purchase our oils from many different suppliers. We don’t have a one-stop-shop for all of our oils. We blend the majority of the fragrances we work with.

Where do you buy your colors? We buy our colors at Bramble Berry, Nurture Soap, and Mad Micas.

Where do you buy your coconut milk? I was buying So Delicious Organic Coconut Milk on Amazon but I think you all bought them out! Ha! I now buy Native Forest Organic Coconut Milk. Please don’t buy them out. I need coconut milk. lol

Where do you buy your soap boxes? We usually buy our boxes from Wholesale Supplies Plus or Elements Bath and Body.

How do you design and print your labels? I use Adobe Photoshop to design my labels. I use full sheet labels and print with our HP Laser Jet Pro printer.

Where do you buy your packaging materials? We buy our packaging materials at various suppliers including Paper Mart, ULine, Nashville Wraps, Eco Enclose, and Amazon.

Do you give classes? No, I do not offer classes. However, if you need help, leave me a comment and I’ll see what I can do.

Why are the comments disabled on your older videos? Due to some very negative, hateful, and vile comments, I am no longer allowing commenting on older videos. The older videos seem to be the ones targeted. Newer videos may have approved comments for a time. I welcome decent, respectful comments.

  1. OH Holly I can smell them from here!! I LOVE the Oatmeal milk and honey scent!! And I love the brown swirls too!! 😍 💞 Thank you for sharing your love for soap with us!!

  2. Also just so you know I love making orders to you because I love getting the samples they all are so beautiful

  3. Holly, beautiful work!! I think the contrast really makes this one! Your videos always brighten my day or evening!😁💞

  4. Hi Holly. I totally know what you mean about forgetting how to do something you do hundreds of times. I am so excited for this release and happy to see more of your videos!

  5. So, since this dosen't actually have oatmeal in it, I should be ok to use it, right? It turned out beautiful, and I'm so wanting to smell it in my shower!

  6. Just needed your relaxing video and they are beautiful…..had a stressful day, so it was so nice to just stop and watch you making this soap.💕

  7. I’ve missed you! What a beautiful soap.. I hope I get a chance to order some next time..

  8. While I am not a fan of OMH this soap turned out really nice, just consider it a modified ghost swirl :). I do have a question, what caused the "white" area to form a rectangle in the middle of the soap especially considering you did a hanger swirl through out and it comes back after being exposed to the air for a while? Yours is the second soap this has happened to and we are trying to figure out what is going on, the other soap being done in pink again with a perfect white rectangle that turned back to pink. It is a really odd phenomenon

  9. Hey Holly, love my order and the soaps. My sister even purchased some and sent me some. I am happy to see you back. I hope everyone is doing great and staying safe.

  10. Beautiful soap… I love the difference in the different shades. I love high contrast soaps some days.

  11. Absolutely can’t wait to order again thursday. I love your channel, your products and sweet personality!

  12. Holly please protect yourself and do whatever you can to avoid injuries. As a nurse I have my fair share and we are told by the state that each of us should only lift alone a max weight of 35lbs. If I remember you are like me and vertically challenged maybe working on a large platform would help bring your body up to be able to use your core more effectively and be safer. The injuries may be annoyances now but they will be more life altering later in your life trust me. ♥️ Love watching you work but I worry that the soap is going to go all over every time you pour those huge square buckets or pots, I know you would edit that out but I still hold my breath🤣♥️♥️♥️

  13. how do u know how muchfo or eo to use in a batch of soap and your soaps are beautiful thanks

  14. Hi Holly…..You ARE such an inspiration!!!! I watch your videos all the time. It gives me hope that someday my soaps will turn our looking like yours….lol….I do have a quick question though….how do you get your soaps to look so smooth?? When I cut mine, they either have glycerin rivers or look ruff looking. Your sides, front and back are so smooth. My question is…."how on earth do you get them so smooth looking??" Your help would be much appreciated because I am ready to give up. I just don't like how they look. Thank you for your inspiration!!!! You give me hope 🙂

  15. Hi Holly!! I just wanted to say that I love watching your videos! I am so glad that you still talk to us while soaping. So many soap making videos have music and no conversation. You are such a great artisan and I have learned so much from watching you. I don't care if your air conditioner is loud. Background noise makes feel like I'm there watching you work. Please keep sharing your talent and experience with all of us! You are an inspiration!!

  16. I just got my order in and I am just so happy. So so so so so happy. I love the scents and the packaging and sophisticated designs I love it all. Cannot wait until the Christmas time
Launch! I love it all so much.

  17. Hi Holly, I purchased and just received a bar of your patoulli rain soap today and I absolutely love it 😍🥰! When you make your red, white and blue soap, where do you get the blue mica, is it royal blue elements bath and body, or nurture soap? I would love to make some and the royal blue looks to be the right blue.

  18. I jut adore your soaps and don't get me started about the soy wax just phenomenal.
Keep up the good work, the care you put in your products is just wonderful
    Thank you so much.
