  1. Great video, Kristina! It’s definitely hard switch, especially as a makeup lover (that’s where I’m struggling to switch!) but what a great start!

  2. If you're interested, the Sheamoisture coconut water and fruit fusion masque is the BEST and smells amazing. I made the switch to more natural products when I became pregnant for the first time. Great video.

  3. I recently started using Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Liquid Soap in Peppermint. I am not a fan of it as a shampoo but I put it in a foaming hand soap dispenser (2/3 water & 1/3 soap) and use it as a face wash and body wash.

  4. Be careful some of Tom's products contain SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) which can cause canker sores and is the same chemical used in detergents. You should check out Dr.Bronner's toothpaste! I think they carry it at Target! 🙂

  5. If you're really concerned with having "natural" products that are non-toxic, don't go by what it says on the front. Learn about the ingredients that are harmful and read labels to see what's really in them. The claim 100% natural means nothing.

  6. Love this video! I just started using non-toxic/natural products in the last year. I love burts bees, shea moisture, and accure. You should check out the Think Dirty app, not how it sounds, ha! It shows how safe products like makeup, toiletries, and cleaning products are. It's helped me out a lot!

  7. I went through the same journey. First I went cruelty free with products because animals duh lol im an animal person I prefer them over people. Then I did vegan products but I realized that there were harsh chemicals still in those products so I got rid of all my make up gave them to friends and stuff and switched to green beauty and I love it! Also some brands use carmine which I consider cruel so thats def not cruelty free. Love your video, happy to see more people going towards natural products. People need to be more aware of the animal torture that goes on with conventional brands and be aware that even though they they cruelty free their parent company may still text on animals, ok lll stop ranting lol

  8. I use the "Hello" brand toothpaste. They have different kinds, but I use the flouride-free charcoal one. It's also whitening, which has been working really well for me!

  9. Awesome! Love these products! I started going cruelty free and then went fully natural/crunchy as well. Makeup is the first thing I went crunchy with.

  10. Would love to see a video of you testing out some natural makeup (Burt’s bees, etc!) 🙂

  11. Thank you for this video!! I've been using Bath & Body Works for quite a long time and now I want to convert to some natural products!

  12. I love that you are switching to products that are better for you! Just because something is natural doesn't necessarily mean it's good for your body. Ewg.org skindeep is a great resource about products and ingredients! 🙂
