    I understand time.of scarity. But in time of scarity garlic for.most will be the last thing on their mind. Knowing they have water, heat, could find bread and some porridge.

    Or even easier put the cloves of garlic
    Put cloves of garlic in a plate in microwave for 20_30 seconds

    The shells just slip off

    Perfect for batch cooking sauces

    I will loose the taste instead apply cooking oil on them on keep in sun and than peel it effortlessly it will come out

    We blend in olive oil and store in a glass jar and put it in the fridge. It lasts a long time or until we need which we use a lot so its really doesn't last long 😅🎉❤

    Put in freezer for at least 2 days then cutting the head of a garlic and pinching the end tail removes the shells , store in an air light container and keep in freezer for as long asyou want.. they will not lose flavour or taste.
