韓国人俳優のイ・ビョンホンさんが11月30日、東京都内で開かれた主演映画「メモリーズ 追憶の剣」（2016年1月23日公開、パク・フンシク監督）のジャパンプレミアに登場した。ファンに総立ちで迎えられたイさんは「お久しぶりです」と日本語であいさつ、客席からは大きな歓声が上がった。
ジャパンプレミアには、イさんのファンという歌手の坂本冬美さんが、大きなバラの花束を持って登場。坂本さんは「（イさんに）11年ぶりにお会いさせていただきました。この日を指折り数えて待っておりました！」と大喜びで、「全ての運を使い切ったと思います。もう一生私はお嫁に行きません。ビョン様一筋です！ これからも一方的に！」と熱い思いを語った。
映画は、高麗末期を舞台に、4人の剣士たちが運命に導かれるように戦いの場へと引きずり込まれていく……というストーリー。イさんは剣士のユベクを演じ、ジュノさんやチョン・ドヨンさんらが出演する。
