This Sims 4 apartment has a historic Victorian design but I made it feel run down, overgrown and moody.  <\/p>\n<p>As always for this Sims 4 fortune-teller&#8217;s witchy apartment renovation, I&#8217;ve been using some amazing Sims 4 custom content.
