Every time you play this specific mission, there&#8217;s a 50% chance you&#8217;ll spawn into a 300-swarmer giga horde &#8220;Ice Wind Lava Cave&#8221;, instead of the usual smaller horde on PlayStation. And even if you manage to take them all down, the mission can bug out completely, forcing a restart.<\/p>\n<p>I ran this mission 20+ times to test it, and the results are consistent\u2014this is 100% un-modded and happening only on PC. If you&#8217;re a perma-death runner or just playing normally, this needs to be fixed before it ruins your game.<\/p>\n<p>Now this glitch seems to work differently in many places as another person looking into this @chugzillafx has reported that sometimes this horde respawns endlessly.<\/p>\n<p>@BendStudio_  if you&#8217;re watching, please patch this!
