Yeah, i found them. Remember, their homeland is further south and here is nearly as far south as you can get. Along with the stolen hist tree found in the fake fighter's guild basement, which was sacred to the Argonians, perhaps they came in search of their tree. Perhaps they migrated north to escape slavery by the dark elves or maybe the writing was on the walll that you were gone from morrowind, red mountain hasn't erupted yet even.
