Hi folks, on this Days Gone video I am revisiting the Sawmill Horde AGAIN, to show another fantastic way in which to destroy this horde pretty easily. Not a completely untouchable spot, but very little can get to you when you take on the horde like this. Shoutouts to @KingGumbi1 & @mxtgaming6885 for showing this location in their videos, which led to this video being made. Thank you both gents. I hope you all enjoy this video.

  1. Nice one, thanks for the mention. I tried the bike method to start with but found it wasn't really necessary. Hey did you ever play Quake 3 Arena?, your style of play suggests this to me.

  2. Who would have thought the staircase would be a great safe spot ? Even the freakers who got close didn't seem to acknowledge you. Of course we now wonder if this spot as well as the high location can be used as a temporary safe haven for the challenge. Totally original , I loved the video. Thank you Boris !

  3. Yay! I just so happened to come across his video last night as I was on my way to take out this horde, this method worked out perfectly! I was also able to go around the sawmill & Nero MMU area to replenish all the supplies I'd used up (8 napalms worth iirc). So much fun!

  4. I took a break and was playing Far Cry 5.

Now with your latest vids I just want to play to Days Gone again as I have to try these tips for fun. 😃

Not a bad complaint at all.

  5. Great video my friend, saw kinggumbi do it and thought this is right up your street. To be honest I preferred your takedown using alot more gunplay. Another way to get this horde done, I just wonder how many more there are. 😊

  6. This is absolutely amazing and bizarre Lol. Well done Boris always enjoy these crazy and creative kill locations for the hordes. 👍🏻👍🏻

  7. Boris if you back the bike up instead of driving it , Deacon will exit off to the the left into the hole and the bike almost completely blocks the opening.!

  8. Hi Boris.. Im the one who left the comment.. last week if not mistaken.. anyway as usual good job & thanks for your amazing video brother..

  9. Saw KingGumbi's vid too, but he doesn't have your panache. I appreciate that you credit other creators, which seems like the right thing to do, but your presentation is always more informative and helpful. Like I hate those "reaction videos" which add literally nothing and just piggyback off someone else's content. I don't know how anyone has any time for those. But I really like how when you do take someone else's original idea, you credit them, but then fine tune it and present a much more informative version. I'm an older guy and my eyesight isn't the best, so for example, when you mention which gun you're using, it really helps, as I can't always tell in the heat of the action, and some players use the weapon selection wheel incredibly fast and I miss what they did. So thanks. You're a gentleman, a scholar and an acrobat!

I was watching one of your Challenges series videos recently, and it occurred to me how impressive it is that you can deliver a calm, professional voiceover, explaing everything you're doing WHILE you're actually doing it with a horde right behind you. I guess it comes with practise. I'd be screaming and swearing, and nobody needs that, lol. Kudos.

  10. I would never have the guts to even try this but I'm not surprised you are! The Freaks should ALWAYS be afraid when you log on, my friend 😂❤️

  11. Very nice, thanks for sharing the info and giving credit where its due.
As always your a Days Gone Legend, maybe one day we'll have a Borislav 247 vest patch eh?! Haha!

  12. Hello Boris. I come back to your vids once in a while and its always so entertaining you finding new ways to take out hordes.
But I am curious, have you made a video of what happens if you take out the sawmill hoard before the story part? Do they re spawn or is there a different dialogue from the characters? Like does the game acknowledge the fact that you have taken out the sawmill hoard in advance?

  13. That is mental how they can’t go under the stairs . Brilliant vid as usual Boris . Burn the f#£#@s 😂😂😂

  14. Ooh, it makes me wonder
    Ooh, makes me wonder
    Just like the pied piper
    Led rats through the streets
We dance like a lady who's sure all that glitters is gold
Swaying to the Stairway of Destruction

Edit: if that didn't make sense I tried combining the lyrics of Stairway to heaven and Symphony of destruction

  15. Never thought of that, thank you for finding and sharing.🎉😮😊 What guns are good for that spot?

  16. Wow!!! It’s wild that this wasn’t figured out years ago but it makes sense if ya think about it. Lots of similar areas in the game where the horde comes right in. Another great video from my favorite days goner. It led me down a Boris rabbit hole last night. I think I liked every video you have lol

Have u seen a method recently discovered at the sawmill in the water ? Wild

  17. Great video, and awesome as usual Brother. I watched KingGumbi1 do this and I have seen MXT do it as well…. 2 DG legends. The horde killing never gets old does it ? I always do this horde before going to see Carlos so i can use my supplies and he cant steal them.I'm 2 missions away from this and I'm gonna try it.I'm hoping to stream it when I do.

  18. In this place I also tried to kill them. There is exactly such a place inside, but first they need to be lured outside. And there is one more inaccessible point for the horde – this is a building with a hole in the roof. You can carefully jump onto a beam inside the building and extinguish them from there. If you search some more, you might find another place to destroy them. It's good that you always show new things in the world of days gone. Be healthy.

  19. Topic for a future video: Deacon takes out the Sawmill horde from the top of the water tower, LOL

  20. Nice as usual!!
Btw, why are the motorcycles kick started in the cutscenes, but electric start in the game itself? I can't stop thinking about it!! Damn😖

  21. Great video, as always. Thanks for this one. I've been on those stairs a million times. Never thought of this.

  22. I’ve been so behind in watching your videos lately! I have so much catching up to do. I loved this, and as always you make it look so easy. I’ll give it a try, but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to pull it off as flawlessly as you did lol. But I also watched GreyGhost Gamerz’s version so I know what NOT to do 😂 I hope you are well my friend, can’t wait to see what you come up with next 😊

  23. Great video mate. I still love the nero check point strategy the most. The crane is a little tricky to get on, but when you do, it's the easiest. Question for you: What vehicles have the oil filters to make suppressors for the special category weapons? ( I think it's cars for the primary, and SUV's for secondary ). I have tried looking this up with NO answers. Maybe make a video of the different vehicles for the different suppressors and weapon upgrades. I didn't know you have to return to the camp where you purchased the weapon to upgrade it ( which is trust level 3 ). Then you have to figure out what was bought where to upgrade the ammo capacity. Thank god for fast travel. lol. Keep up the great work, your video's are my go to for Days Gone content. I'm on my second playthrough ( new game + ), and wow. What a difference with full weapon load out from close to the start.
