Please for the love of god go into this game with an open mind. I hate the notion of soulsborne because it melts down all the amazing individual personalities of the games into one hermogonised soup and leaves the fans to fight saying my favourite game is better than your favorite game. Dark souls is a game full to the brim of metaphor and not surcumbing to depression, The world gets beautifully built up its not about the WoRlD dEsIgN but about the world and its built to empathise with everything including the hollows which are people like you if you give up, to the enviornments were you feel what it wants you to feel to the characters. If you analyse over games theymay have simiralities as they were built of the same base but if you dig deeper they have very different themes
You can just upgrade for 10 Estus with kindle for now, but it's a permanent buff on the bonfire, so you can ease the game by kindle the fires before difficult sections or boss for exemple .

You actually can slide down the ladder, but it's just hold B/circle, instead of doing that + down analog!
bro dont fucking use that firekeeper soul , go back to firelink shrine and give it to firekeeper and reinforce your estus , it will increase the amount of health you get by using one estus flask , the firekeeper is in firelink shrine down stairs from bonfire.
You can shoot that tail to get a nice weapon
You can kindle to 10 max 20 after a certain boss
