Yeeey, that ark skill Wings of Freedom will be a lot of help in arena and GvG. Definitely a must pull ark!
They messed him up man. Such a niche unit. Why would you want him to be killed first to be able to get all of his caps. Then that counter mitigation doesn’t even help against guile. The only thing that is good is his true dual wield.

His kit seems pretty fun if pair properly with ark skills from previous collab arks like the chun li ark stacked with berserker hitting his caps should be pretty easy because you will be able to massively drain your own hp and possibly get yourself low enough for the enemy to kill you and bam even more cap .

Not sure he is gonna be making runs in arena but fun and fast in pve
The cap increases on his death are ok, but needing party members to die five times for the other max buffs seems pretty annoying. Seems like a pvp thing where party members will be getting killed a lot, but it seems a bit harsh. I'd say the cap increase should be maxed after one ally dies, while the damage increase should still take five ally deaths. It would make the cap increase more viable for pve content which isn't as important in pvp, and still work as intended for pvp
