About that the Master Chief BP/SP items may actually SELL for MORE then the NORMAL food recipes you get from using the eggs/vegetable products so it may be a GOOD idea to sell 10 to 20 copies of the SP increasing Master Chief items.
OR have COOKING at lv or lv 7 and have Rena SELL the LV 4 or lv 7 Eggs/Vegetable items and you will make MORE then 1500 fol PER selling runs.
BTW are they ANY Master chief OUTCOMES for at least a 25% EXP BOOST effect even if it only lasts for 2 battles as for the SP/BP items if you can REPRODUCE them later in game then you really only need to use Master Chief ONCE.

お刺身は複製のほうがいいかも。
BPはぎぞうこうくん?みたいなバトルスキルのBPを1にできるアイテムがたまに手に入るから金策のついでにいいです
・お刺身はハーリーで普通に購入できますので、金策後に無限に回収できます。
・野菜炒めでのBP稼ぎもよほど特殊な縛りプレイでもしていない限り無理してやる必要はないかと思います。

所持数が20しか無いのがめちゃくちゃ面倒くさい…
低レベルでSPを多くゲットするにはお刺身食べまくるしかないんすかねぇ(´・ω・)地味に大変
