Dark Souls III… 7 Years Later
Dark Souls 3 turned 7 years old earlier this year. It is hard to believe that the game has been out for a little over 7 years now. I figured it was time to replay the full game including the DLCs. Even after the hundreds of hours I have put into Elden Ring, I am glad to say that Dark Souls 3 is still as good as ever.

  1. Ds3 is the game where they went all out, and elden ring is the game where they went all out 2.0

  2. i just finished my first run of ds3 yesterday and i must say the game is shorter than i thought. At least there are dlc's to play through now. I made a quality build and my god, the most lame weapons (Straight sword and Lucerne) are the best weapons? I missed the variety of elden ring so much…

  3. Just noticed after all these years. That chair looks insanely comfy.

  4. This gameplay reminds me how much weapon arts sucked ass in DS3, vast majority of them were balanced around pvp making them useless in pve. R1 spam being generally superior to using weapon arts (and heavy attacks).

  5. Crazy
    I was crazy once
They put me in a room
    A rubber Room
    A rubber Room with rats
    Rats
    Rats make me crazy
    Crazy
    I was crazy once

  6. Tried playing it last year but i was sh1t so i stopped, picked it back up and trynna plat it

  7. Crazy how skum changes personalities on a game he enjoys (elden ring) and a game he respects (ds3). But he still has his own humor.

  8. Can you beat Elden Ring by not playing Elden Ring and instead playing Dark Souls 3?

  9. DSIII OST is absolutely amazing, and it's got some crazy bosses. What I think is lacking is the fact the game is very linear and the fact that the combat really is just dodge R1; you can do other stuff, but it is just optimal. Elden Ring really improved upon DSIII's combat in that regard; R1 spam is still viable, but it's optimal to use charge attacks, jump attacks, and ashes of war, which just makes the game more varied. Still, I really do like how DSIII's combat plays, even if it is a little monotone.

  10. Having the health bar half the screen is the worst way to play Dark Souls, it is the easy mode for newbies

  11. Gael is just such an amazing fight, i enjoyed it so so much in my first playthrough. The music the scenery and the moveset with the cape and skulls!

  12. Its funny that im exactly of the opposite opinion
For me, its the worst part
4 of the worst bosses in series (Friede (input read), Demon Prince's (wooow so much resistances boring ahh 15 min repeatable fight), Midyr (worst hitboxes ever), Dogshit champion of the pvp arena (input read the second) (wow all 4 of them are a garbage i spent my money on, lol (dlc)))
Worst camera and target system in series too, as it can just fucking become you enemie any fucking moment you decide to go sligtly too far from enemy
And the whole world is full of bullshit like teleporting dogs and giants who hit you in 5 meters distance from where youre body actually is (OH, WYVERNS TOO)

The only good things in DS3 are Nameless King and Gael fights because they are soooo fucking mad to man duels i cummed in my pants

  13. “You see that, that’s the best scythe they’ve ever made” –42:22 You’re a real one for that

  14. They even gave Jerren a banger ass bossfight it's crazy what indie devs can do
