The original face had such better emotions, just watch a comparison video on Peter talking to Otto on ps4 and ps5 and you can see the emotion is just lacking on the new peter

I like the new face tbh, I think it suits the voice better too
i love them both equally, the new one is a better fit for the face capture and looks a bit more like a young guy, but the old face is always gonna be in my heart as that universes Spider-Man with his more realistic face of a constantly stressed superhero

I have only played the ps4 version of this game so the original is my favorite
I actually didnt get to play the game until I bought a PS5 and played the Remastered, so 🤷♂️
Ben Jordan's face eventually grew on me but Bobniak was great!
Hot take but i prefer the new one, maybe its because I only played the remaster but I still prefer it
I saw clips of both and it seems like the old face showed way more emotion in cutscenes.

Not only does the original work better, it’s better animated overall.
I admit that Jordan looks terrible in the remaster, but in Miles he looks… better
The new one has definitely grown on me, it took a while but I do definitely see it

The 1st one works better for me because that Peter Parker looks more older and mature. Like he really has been Spider-Man for 8 years. The new one looks like he just started out like 2 years ago and even looks younger than Miles

The first face was great
The original looked better and in some cases, fit the cutscenes better. I liked there lighting in the original Peter Parker’s face after fighting doc ock rather than the Tom halland look alike

OG Peter Parker actually resembled Aunt May, which is nice i guess but they aren't blood relatives so kinda weird, and they both kinda looked like Goblins to me ngl

It doesn't really matter does it you're wearing a mask the entire game whats the difference
They didn't change it because he looked like Tom. In fact, they didn't even think about Tom when they remodeled the face, but they just picked Ben because he looked much more like Yuri Lowenthal, the voice actor for Peter.
The original looked a lot more experienced and emotional. Looks like what a grizzled Spider-Man should be

Mods on pc let you use the old face model gonna be the same for the next game
They should allow you to choode if you want the of or ghe remastered face in the 2nd
