Hey there, Durag Nation! I’m back with a quick update because there’s some awesome news about Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 that I just have to share with you. After the Playstation showcase last month, I know many of you are already eager for more content. The good news? You won’t have to wait much longer. Remember to hit that like button if you’re stoked for Spider-Man 2.
First things first, a shoutout to the Spider-Man subreddit for those hilarious Uncle Aaron memes. Seriously, keep those beats coming!
Looking ahead, we can expect multiple trailers and additional gameplay footage from now until launch day. Insomniac has confirmed at least one of these will showcase the new deluxe edition suits. As for when we might see these releases, one possibility is the upcoming San Diego Comic Con. Despite the current writer’s strike sidelining a big MCU showcase, Marvel will still be at the event, and we now have confirmation that Spider-Man 2 will also have a presence.
In an exclusive report from Collider, it’s been revealed that there’ll be a special Spider-Man 2 promo at the San Diego Comic Con. Attendees will be able to snag a limited edition poster at Mondo’s section of the convention, featuring an illustration by Tomer Hanuka of Miles and Peter battling Venom. It’s certainly going to be interesting to see just how much Insomniac decides to reveal during Comic Con, given the absence of a major MCU presence.
While I doubt it will rival the scale of the Playstation showcase, we could potentially see the deluxe edition gameplay trailer at the event. Stay tuned for more on that!
