bro I have all the achievements in this game on steam, and in order to get them you need to complete all the missions for S rank on all difficulties including hell and hell and it was not particularly difficult ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Nah you are just a horrible player, by the point of HaH you are supposed to have mastered the basics, I'm not saying make combos but atleast know your skills and how to cheese enemies so you can finish them quickly without the others annoying you.
