Say what you will about FFXIII, but it at least was a complete game at launch. I bought the $300+ version of FFXV and didn't even get the whole game. Those mutherf*ckers want me to buy the sections they cut out. FFXV has been a cash grab from day 1, that's why it gets so much mobile garbage lol.

You've the tale of two games here. You've FFXV which was a major sausage fest and Atelier Ryza whose main character was a well proportioned and feminine female lead.

I was about to dl this game. Good thing I researched first, coz I'm tired of this city builder war games (state of survival, walking dead, vampire nations etc.), I don't like it.
I would rather have the cut content that we never got in the original 15. Why the fuck is Square Enix still trying to milk this title when they clearly didn't give a shit about it in the first place?
I was hype for this game because of the battles and and the characters, but aside from the instanced fights the entire rest of the game is an absolute dumpster fire. Poorly rendered animations, bad optimization, no graphics adjustment, and the entire game is clunky and slow. BAD
Huge FF fan but the game is lacking in almost everything. Rather play the real game though
As much as I don't like this game, I wouldn't really bat an eye if it weren't for the fact that the only reason I know this exists is because of a fake ad I saw. One where it was the classic video of someone "playing" the game and losing whilst droning on about how difficult it is. They even went out of their way to plaster a match-3 puzzle board on top of regular gameplay (with the text "Does not reflect actual gameplay" at the bottom of the screen for everyone to see) to make the gameplay seem interactive.
Thanks to that I now know that this game is a soulless cashgrab. Although I never really had any intent of playing it anyways.
People. Why and how are you hating on this game!? I am a big FF XV fan here and I can say this War of Eos is MUCH BETTER than A New Empire.
One: The design of the game is more better and smoother.
Two: Storyline is the same as the PS4 game.
Three: They brought back the same VAs to voice their characters again which I am so glad. I was worried they would just insert lines from the PS4 game or not have any voice acting at all.
Four: If you hate this game so much, why get it at all? You tried it, you hate it, don’t bother with it at all. Simple. Don’t need to make a big deal about it.

I'm up to chater 4 in FFXV, recently started playing. It's not as incredible as FF7R (or the amazing Crisis Core Reunion), but it's great – very immersive, interesting characters…. and War for Eos is a good companion app. If you like FFXV then the vibe of Eos is great imo. I kinda know that im just tapping an interactive spreadsheet and watching numbers go up…its not exactly a great 'game' experience but for some reason its entertaining (especially as an off-screen type thing, while watching a show or even playing another game like an MMO that has some downtime).
now I know how serious about SE financial crisis.
