i streagle with mentalhealth too and recently also more about the future
personnaly my intrusive toughts are centred around life in 10, 20, or 50 years and like you said all we went to do by then
i just try to forget those toughts but we all know that's not the solution, as i and other of my friends have exprerienced, it all will one day came out but in a hard way
even if it's not a good moment to be in the after is such a relieve like, you feel so peacfull it gave even just a little of hope for the future
all that just to say to everyone who is in that kind of moments, you're not alone, d you have to accept how strong you are and the courage you must have to still be here fighting

Blame the Sims slump on DDLV. Until I had completed every single quest, I didn't touch my other PC games like Sims 4 and TES Skyrim, lol. You're good; no worries.
