Taking into consideration that Spider-Man roughly see’s what we’re shown through the first person POV at that level of speed is INSANE. How could ANYONE keep up with that if he’s so smooth,clean, and precise about his swinging?

this is how a cutscene works, with cuts and misplaced objects which are called in when needed.
In-game we cant tell that all these elements work like this because they are out of our view.
