Ryu is dead. White Base observes his death as a true sacrifice of a friend. Bright falls ill on White Base shortly afterward. Mirai becomes temporarily in command in his absence, but she begins to neglect her duties so that she could watch over him. White Base is too damaged from battle to move on so they radio for help to General Revil.
General Revil is preparing for Operation Odessa when he receives the call for aid. Needing White Base and its crew for the upcoming operation, he sends Matilda Ajan and her squad of Medea transports to deliver supplies – especially the support fighter FF-X7 Bst Core Booster. However on her way – ambush! Zeon mobile suits are riding planes and are coming right at her. When the 4th Medea is damaged, the one carrying the Core Booster, all Medeas land to stay with it. Launch and help!

Matilda assigns Sayla to start piloting the Core Booster that was brought. While still having trouble learning it, a famous group of 3 Zeon pilots show up – The Black Tri-star. Not only are they famous for their deadly formation in battle, but they’ve come in never before seen Zeon Mobile Suits. Amuro is set to defend. Launch!
