So apparently ubisoft released an update for next gen consoles. PS5 and PS5 pro have 4K 60fps according to the update history notes. Runs fine. I might actually go through the full game again lol.

Also with the resolution it looks so much better than PS4
Looks and runs great except for the 30 fps cloth physics. Especially noticeable with Evie as her outfit is more flapable. Getting extreme into the spiderverse comic FX vibes.
It's a free update so really can't complain, although I wish the cloth physics were also 60fps
They finally made the game 60fps ps5, now Black Flag and Ac 3 turn please

clothes physics is something game devs are scared of.
Issue is why does the ps5 still say you are still using digital ps4 version.

Seems like they just up-rez the game @60fps and did nothing else. Cloth physics are stuck at 30, textures look muddy in distance so probably no increase in anistrophic filtering or increase the LoD. They just wnted to create hype on a title so some folks can buy if they never bought it or buy releasing it as a ps plus essential monthly pickup in future to recoup some cost they missed on the planned AC launch this year with Shadows.

I am playing it now on PS5, it looks so much better than before. I am well happy.
