So cute! How about a wine bar? Maybe a nail salon? So many businesses so little time!
I usually find these more Scandi, somewhat minimalist builds very cold feeling, but this house feels so inviting! As for ideas of cross pack compatibility, I think an artisan is an obvious one (combining pottery, jewelry making, candles, etc upstairs and selling them in the shop), but I could also see something with Realm of Magic or Life and Death or even Outdoor living, as an herbalist/potion maker and fortune teller/medium? Selling potions and tarot readings and stuff in maybe a travelling wagon? (not that the wagon would be functionally a travelling one, that's not how the sims works). Or running a bistro or cafe by selling baked goods? The idea of combined lots for businesses and homes has me super excited to combine a bunch of ideas I've had floating in my head for shops.
nordHAVEN is pronounced how you said it first. but if it were nordHAVN it would be pronounced the other way. "haven" is not something us scandis use, haven is just the english version/translation of havn which is danish and norgwegian for port/harbour. in swedish it's hamn. havn is pronounced how you said haven the second time, the different pronounciation of the 'a'. hamn is pronounced with the same type of 'a'. 😊

I'd like to see you capture the spirit of a Baba Yaga hut. Like, it's a little mysterious old lady's house that sells candy? I saw that there's candy crafting in the trailer, so it fits in with the Hansel & Gretel witch or better known as a Baba Yaga.
(Edit: Baba Yaga is Slavic, not Scandinavian like I originally thought).
