Played the game blind, Solaire is written perfectly. Every point I saw him I felt a great sense of calming, he's the only npc other than seigmeyer that at no point poses a threat, sharing a common but a completly different goal. I never saw the fights with them as a betrayal but a warning of our fate after our battle with Lord Gywn.

I attacked him ran towards the dragon… dragon blows fire kills him and I get his armor and souls.
