   I don't understand. Compared with the spiderman1 and miles, the graphics of this game are not much different either. But why is there such a big difference in performance…

   Idk why but if I cap the screen to 29hz the game goes a lot establer,with your same settings upping antrisotopic filter x2 with Xess on ultra quality works perfect and reduces a lot the ghosting

   Edit:Using 1152×720 resolution,vsync off,with the very low preset,x2 antisotropic filter,xess on ultra quality and changing on the geometry settings the level of detail to medium the game works better and has less popping (fixed for me almost entirely the loading freezes when you are traveling very fast)

   I recommend using cryoutilites with the uma buffer size to 4g and having the recommend preset with 16gb of pagefile,and I am using ge-proton 23

    Playing this with xess and frame gen locked it 45fps playing good so far I’m about 5 hours in😊

    There is a massive lag with fsr frame gen, this is why he was just gliding instead of swinging when he turned on fsr 🤣

    When I see this and FF7 Rebirth play on the Steam Deck OLED it gives me hope with Stellar Blade. Remote play through a PS5 itself seems to work pretty well, but not all of us have a PS5. I really doubted it would play, but now I'm thinking if Shift Up does a good job with optimization and with FSR 3.1 and low settings it may not be impossible. It definitely won't be ideal, but playability could be possible. we will see. I will say I think Stellar Blade was meant to be played on a PS5 Pro or high end PC in my opinion. I may upgrade my PC or get a new PC when it comes out. If the environment, characters, and gameplay dont look great then that kinda ruins the point of Stellar Blade.

    The game looks and runs quite well on the Steam Deck. Unfortunately, it also has a ton of bugs. Sometimes things don’t load properly, and sometimes it turns into a slideshow during cutscenes. Right now, I’ve encountered a soft lock after taking a photo of two guys tossing a frisbee on the roof, and I’m wondering what to do about it since reloading the save doesn’t fix the issue.
